Magical Beasts in Hiding
What magical powers do they posses?
- In the Magical World, there are many way that creatures can live without being seen from the Muggle World without the assistance of the Ministry of Magic.
- Magical Creatures can have the ability to vanish at their own will, to become invisible, to camouflage into the background (as opposed to camouflaging with the background), and to transform themselves into other visible animate and inanimate objects.
- Magical Creatures are able to measure the levels of magic around them, and they therefore know when to use their magical powers to hide from Muggles and not from Wizards.
The Diricawl

- The Diricawl is an exceptionally amazing creature when it comes to hiding from Muggles.
- Known as the Dodo to the Muggles, it is believed to have extinguished due to massive hunting.
- A fluffy-feathered, flightless, chubby bird. It can vanish at it's own will into a puff of feathers. All the Muggles see when it disappears is feather in the ground, which they believe to be regular feathers from regular birds.
- The Phoenix can also vanish at it's own will.
The Demiguise
- XXXX
- A peaceful herbivorous beast that resembles the appearance of an ape with overly long hair.
- The hair of the Demiguise is extremely special, for it can be spun into Invisibility Cloaks. The hair also allows the beast to become invisible at its own will, especially when it feels threatened.
- High classification due to the hard amount of time and skill needed to capture the beast.
